At a glance: World's Travel Hub is the consumer brand of World's Travel LLC, an independent, third-party travel agency based in Austin, Texas. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with any airline. We sell airline tickets on behalf of clients through industry distribution channels.
Who We Are
World's Travel Hub is operated by World's Travel LLC, a privately held travel agency registered in the United States. Our office is located at 5900 Balcones Dr, Austin, Texas 78727. The agency operates under IATA accreditation, with IATA number 14017953, which allows us to issue airline tickets through standard travel-industry distribution systems.
Our team includes more than 100 travel agents serving U.S. customers across the country. We do not own, operate, or represent any airline. Every flight you book through us is operated by an independent airline, under that airline's own rules and Contract of Carriage.
What We Do
We help travelers plan, book, and manage airline travel — primarily by phone. A typical interaction involves three things:
- We listen. A travel agent takes your dates, departure and arrival cities, number of passengers, and any preferences (cabin class, layover preferences, baggage needs).
- We compare. Using industry distribution systems we search across 100+ airlines and surface options that fit your preferences and budget.
- We confirm. Before any payment, we disclose the airline fare, taxes, and any service fee. Once you authorize, we issue the ticket and email your confirmation.
For existing trips, we also handle itinerary changes and cancellations. We coordinate with the airline using the rules attached to your specific fare and explain what each option will cost.
How We Earn — Service Fees
We are transparent about how we make money. There are two sources of revenue for our agency:
- Service fees charged directly to you, in addition to the airline fare, for the time and assistance our agents provide. Service fees apply for booking, changes, and cancellations. The exact amount for your transaction is disclosed before payment is taken.
- Industry-standard distribution incentives from the global distribution systems we use to issue tickets. These do not affect the fare you pay — the airline fare displayed to you is the airline's own published price.
We do not receive sales commissions that influence which airline we recommend. Our agents are trained to present the best routing and price for the request, regardless of the airline.

- We are not affiliated with any airline. Airline names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned only for the purpose of describing the tickets we can sell.
- We are not the official customer service line for any airline. If you need an airline's own customer service, please contact the airline directly.
Our Mission
Travel pricing and rules can be confusing — fare classes, baggage allowances, layover rules, change penalties, and refund eligibility can all vary by airline and ticket type. Our mission is to make air travel decisions easier by giving customers a clear, honest, person-to-person conversation before any money changes hands.
